We recycle end-of-life electric vehicle batteries in two ways!

Battery Pack Disassembly

Battery packs are opened and divided into modules, which are then tested and selected. Suitable modules are subsequently reassembled into stationary energy storage systems (BESS) with a dedicated Battery Management System (BMS).

Plug & Play Reuse

This solution involves reusing the battery pack without disassembly, preserving its original structure. This approach reduces processing time and costs.

Integration with Renewable Energy Sources

In both cases, the resulting BESS are integrated with renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaic or wind systems, to store the generated energy and use it when needed. This not only improves self-consumption but also contributes to grid stabilization by compensating for fluctuations in renewable energy production. In addition, BESS can ensure continuity of service during power outages (backup applications) and, under normal conditions, allow excess energy to be fed into the grid, potentially generating economic returns where permitted.
